Color: pale gold with silver highlights, brilliant and crystalline
Aromas: fine and precise nose, with fruity notes: citrus, apricot, honey and fine spices. It then opens on aniseed and mentholated notes
In mouth: a pure aromatic expression, an intense minerality and the presence of a subtle fat, offers us this wine stretched like a thread. Harmony lasts until the final, balanced and fresh, always on an airy style
Accompany: leg of monkfish with garlic, goat cheese and pear salad, seared tuna steak with tomatoes
