Grapes: 60% grenache, 30% syrah, 10% carignan
Terroir : alluvial soils and very stony soil of small pebbles
Vinification : total destemming. Traditional vinification. 4 weeks long maceration with hot finish. Aging in vats on the lees
Alcoholic degree: 14% vol

Tasting
Color: intense and deep, with purple reflections
Aromas: very intense nose revealing scents of red fruits and ripe black berries. With aeration, the wine expresses more freshness with exotic and vegetal notes: mint, laurel, pepper, incense, cardamom, peppers
In mouth: it offers finesse and character. Its fruit is concentrated and tamed by a striking freshness. The wine has a more virile connotation with a nice tannic power
Accompany: roasted beef ribs with ceps, candied lamb's mice
Perfect match: small game with candied turnips
